Our fees

Our fees vary depending on the type and category of visa you are eligible to apply for and on the complexity of your situation. Our eligibility consultation is designed to assess and discuss this with you.

From 1 March 2019 Collective Consulting have increased fees in relation to our assistance and advice for a number of visa application types. We understand that this will create extra financial burden on migrants following a very significant increase in Immigration's fees last year. This decision has not been taken lightly but is necessary to maintain the quality of applications and visa outcomes for our clients and to ensure that our advisers are not too overloaded with cases.

Immigration New Zealand have significantly increased the level of verification and standard of expectations of evidence for visa applications.

Collective Consulting's fees, regardless of these increases, are still significantly lower than the industry standard and we remain committed to the company value of providing quality and affordable Immigration Advisory Services.

Collective Consulting requires payment of fees for our services by credit/visa debit card on the date of visa lodgement for Temporary Visas and in two instalments at the beginning of the process and on lodgement for Residence Visas. We recommend that you budget and begin saving for your next visa application as far in advance as possible.

In exceptional circumstances we can provide a payment arrangement but you must discuss this with your Adviser at your Initial Consultation or at the earliest opportunity before the visa application is ready to submit as this needs to be authorised by Management and arranged with the Accounts team. Fees will otherwise be automatically deducted from your card on confirmation of lodgement of your visa.

The eligibility consultation is a meeting of up to 30 minutes and is designed to get an understanding of your situation, assess your eligibility to apply, and advise on the best course of action. This can be in office or via phone/skype.

For any urgent consultations (seen within 2 working days) a $50 surcharge fee will apply.
